Sea of Hearts Event

The Sea of Hearts project is a stunning, high impact community HIV and AIDS awareness raising initiative that serves as a powerful  statement of support for the HIV/AIDS affected community.

The Sea of Hearts is an annual event held on Main Beach, Laguna Beach.

A 'sea' of 1000 hearts are 'planted' in the sand to represent the 'sea' of people

who are living with and affected by HIV/AIDS in Orange County.

You can show your support and participate in several ways.

You, or your business may like to become become a Golden, Silver or Crystal Wave Sponsor of the event. For more information Sea of Hearts Sponsorship Packs are available.

You, or your group may make a donation of any amount and dedicate a heart to someone you know who is affected by the disease, or send a general message

of hope to the HIV/AIDS affected community.

These dedications may be made prior to the event, and Shanti will 'plant' your dedicated heart in the sand on the day. Or, you may come to the event, dedicate a heart and personally place the heart in the sand. (insert Heart Dedication Form here)

Participating in the event proves to be a powerful and meaningful experience for all.

While HIV/AIDS is a global issue, this project highlights the fact that this is a

disease that is affecting thousands of people in our own neighborhoods.

For more information about how you can be a part of this wonderful community event contact Carolyn Spivak on 949.452.0888 or email carolyn.spivak@shantioc.org.
